With a Community Commerce site, the customer has a private-labeled e-commerce web site (a “CCS”) for thier own use. Each CCS is exclusive, closed and specific to that particular “community”. 

Within a CCS, Members of a particular community (i.e. Alumni Organization, Chamber of Commerce, State Organizations, etc) are able to list products and services for sale.  Members can also purchase products and services directly from other members. Similar to a “private club“, the exclusive and clsoed nature of a Community Commerce Site gives each member the confidence that they are dealing only with other Members of the same group.

The RONAStar Application

This is the Company's flagship product - called RONAStar (Return on Net Assets). It enables the transfer of assets within a single corporate entity. The EAMS Application

September 11, 2001, brought disaster mitigation to the forefront. Over 200 federally mandated disasters are declared each year. $25 billion is spent on disaster and recovery efforts and federally compensated losses. States also declare over 1,500 disasters, and localities, may further declare another 10,000 specific emergencies.

Assigning emergency resources is in fact, very similar to asset transfer. Most listing of needed resources is either done ad hoc at the time of disaster, or relies on static paper lists or spreadsheets needing constant manual updating. RONA Global

RONA Global is the RONAStar platform used as a “portal” that allows multiple companies to transfer assets with each other. Currently, these transfers can only be done manually, via telephone and fax. However, such company-to-company transfers occur informally at over $1.3 trillion per year. Since many RONAStar customers currently trade assets to each other using this manual process, RONA Global will fill this huge niche.

In RONA Global, all RONAStar enabled companies or new customers may “tag” assets within their on RONAStar system for transfer to others. This tagging of a product listing inside their RONATStar system will automatically post it to the RONA Global System. And in each case, the sale or transfer in either the RONA Global or their on RONAStar system will seamlessly remove it from the asset database, notify the appropriate parties, and record and track the transaction.
